Who is Miss Khan?

Amanda Khan originates from Minnesota and is a community organizer by day and local foodie and cook by night living in Las Vegas Nevada. Her mother Barbara Khan, is her inspiration and real-life hero.
Cooking with Miss Khan is about curry, Aunties, chai, and my family, all with a political flare because as woman of color, everything is inherently political- including curry.
This website is dedicated to sharing through Indian and Guyanese food with the community and my attempt to preserve my history, sustain my culture, share my personality, and grow my passion.
